• Please help me implement hiding the CLS field during issue creation in the TL project.

Hello,

For the first question, just don't put the CLS field on the Create screen for project TL.  Have a look at the issue type screen scheme and find the create screen for the issue type you want to have the CLS fields removed.

For your second question I don't really understand what you mean by during resolution. Depending on the type of field CT is you might be able to hide it using Behaviours (Adapatavist, I dont work for the company). Can you clarify what exactly you mean by  during resolution?

Ok, then why don't you remove it from the issue type's Create, View and Edit screens?
