What did the email say? Reporting this here in Community won't help - if you got a message that your account (assuming that you are referring to your Atlassian site) is at risk of being deleted due to inactivity, just log back into it and you should be fine.
If the message says something else, follow up on the instructions inside the mail and/or share a bit more details so we can see if we can point you in the right direction of what you can/should do.
