Please delete my accidental organisation

Hello,

I accidentally created an organisation called “imc-team” using my email address.

I am not the owner of the IMC domain and therefore cannot verify or manage it.

Other users with IMC addresses are being added automatically, and I want to make sure this is fixed.

Please escalate this request to Atlassian Support so they can delete the organisation “imc-team” and release the IMC domain.

I cannot submit a support ticket, because this organisation is on a free plan.

Welcome to Atlassian community.

Creating a site doesn't doesn't impy to register/verify/occupy the domain with the same name. So, if you haven't verified the corresponding domain, the users related to that domain won't be added automatically.

In order to delete the organization you need to follow thos 2 steps:

1. Remove domains (if presents) and apps: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/remove-domains-and-products-from-your-organization/ 
2. After a while, delete the organization: https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/delete-your-organization/ 

It is required to follow the standard procedure, Atlassian support I guess it couldn't do it for you.

Hi! Thanks for your help! I have tried to do it but somehow it is not working - probably takes some time. The button is not clickable so far although I have tried to delete all of the Apps as suggested by the guide. But I will definitely try again soon if it works :)
