By default, Jira doesn't have any type of capability that will do this.
The best options I can think of for you would be: Microsoft Power Automate or a Third-Party Integration such as Zapier.
Microsoft Power Automate can tie in to Jira as a source (https://powerautomate.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/details/shared_jira/jira/) and SharePoint would be your destination.
Within Zapier, you may need a multi-step Zap to connect in to Jira and then export the data to Sharepoint.
