Plans Presenting Items Incorrectly

We've created a plan and grouped issues by a custom field. We have issues showing that are not tagged with the right grouping.
For example:
Custom Field: Planning Quarter (dropdown list) Q1 2025, Q2 2025, etc.

Group By is Planning Quarter

Issues with Q2 2025 selected are showing up in the Q3 group
