Hello @Tharunkumar B

Have you reviewed the supported platforms for v7.9.x versus 9.4.x? If they don't support the same database versions you may need to upgrade Jira to an intermediate version that supports the same database version as what you currently use, then upgrade your database version, and continue stepping up the Jira and database versions to get to the desired end state.

What upgrade method do you plan to use?

Are you planning to set up a replica environment to use for testing your upgrade process?

Yes,Planning to to set up a replica environment to use for testing. But I have doubt, where to create test environment. Why asking means Current jira server(7.9.2)is in aws cloud but we are planning jira datacenter must in Azure cloud.
