what is the best way to show the planned dates and actual dates in Jira? can we do this in advance road map or big picture so we can see two Gantt charts on the same page of the planned and actual situation?
Unfortunately, you won't be able to show them as two gantt charts in Advanced Roadmaps. You have two options:
Simply displaying as text next to the actual dates Obviously there is no gantt for your planned dates with this approach
Create a separate roadmap where you configure start/end dates to line up with your planned dates For this option you could potentially show both roadmaps on a confluence page which would allow you to at least see the two gantts on the same page.
