Plan View issue list customization

Can you customize the issue list/summary view of the Greenhopper/Rapid Board/Plan View?

Ultimately, we'd like to remove/not display the version. That shows up in the item detail view, it truncates the issue summary and really doesn't bring value for us there.

We are using Greenhopper 6.2.1

Hot debate going on about this feature. You can keep yourself posted by adding yourself as a watcher and vote the the following ticket:
