Place count for subtasks only on the top of any Columns

Hi Everyone, 

We have created the columns To Do,  In Progress, Waiting and Done.

Count on the column header shows incorrect numbers. 

for eg. In Progress column, I have 23 subtasks only however, it shows 40 as total. I access the Jira from phone too and it shows 23 subtasks on that column (which is correct) but just in web version it shows 40. Could you please help?
