We are using JIRA software with Freshdesk and Photos are not getting landed from freshdesk to JIRA.
Hi @rohit kumar , how is your freshdesk instance integrated with Jira? Are you using some add-on application? Are photos the only thing that is not syncing between the two applications? What about other attachments, comments, etc.?
Basically we have integrated freshdesk with JIRA. In fresh desk we create JIRA tickets by the side menu. And all the attachments or photos come as fail to load.

Hi @rohit kumar , I really can't offer guidance based on the info you have provided. The question remains around how you integrated the two apps.

I'm having a similar issue, again, we used the Atlassian Marketplace integration and none of the images are being brought across.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
You need to explain what you have "integrated", what "Atlassian Marketplace Integration" you are talking about (Atlassian Marketplace does not do "integrations", it's a place to get apps from), and the symptoms of the problem you are seeing.

@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- I guess I'm very confused by your comment. We are using the Freshdesk Support Application which integrates the two systems. We are seeing exactly what the other user is seeing, Images with the "Failed to Load" icon where the system knows there is an image but they are not being brough over into Jira.

Ok, so you have installed an app that is failing. I am not familiar with this app, and I don't know how many people in the Community might be, so I suggest you contact their support people.
