Phantom transition screen can't be removed

Phantom transition screen can't be removed

I believe I have a 'transition screen' between the Testing and Done steps in my workflow (pictured below), but when I look at my workflow, there aren't any transition screens defined.

I'd like to be able to move multiple issues from Testing to Done, but cannot because of this transition screen.

Any tips on what this is?

Hi Noah,

There must be one on the transition.

Open your workflow and click on the transition and look for a screen that is there.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I'd expect the screen to appear on the "All" -> "Done" transition you have in there.

Thanks for the quick responses! Nothing is clickable on the diagram view of my workflow, so I'm not sure what to click on when you recommend hitting the All -> Done transition.

You need to be in the diagram view of the workflow to work with the "all" transitions.

You need to be editing the workflow to get to the transition settings.

Hi Noah,

So when viewing the workflow in diagram view in the top right just above the workflow there should be a Edit button. If you can't see this then you don't have the permissions to modify the workflow.

If you can see it, click it and then click on the transitions and a screen will appear like the one I posted earlier.
