Hello, when I create an Issue and use the People custom field option to add several people to the people I add that field they do not receive notifications, is it possible to configure this?

Yes, that is possible. What you need to do is update the notification scheme that your project is using to include the users from the custom field. Please see Configure notification schemes for more information.

You could use Automation to copy the values in your People custom field into the Watchers field. This would send them updates according to the notification scheme.
