Hello! I have created a project for my team (Team-managed business) and it looks like this.
It has very convenient filters. When a new field is added, it is immediately available in the filter and has predefined values if it is a dropdown or multi-select.
Also I can save any combination of filters very easy.
A few people are working on this project and board. Each of them can create and save many custom combinations of different filters for their own needs.
So after a short time, a large number of custom filters from different users will appear in the list of saved filters. And each user will see the filters of the other user. And it's very confusing.
Is there any way to save custom filters so that they are visible only to the person who created them? So each user sees only their own custom filters?
Thank you!
Hi
Look at this
https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/manage-filters/
If you make a filter that is private only to you, only you will see it, other users will only be able to see the filters that are shared with the project, a specific team or with a person
