Persistent top (blue) menu

Hi,

I've been looking for a way to have a persistent top menu in JIRA, but haven't found a solution yet...
Especially when I'm in the request view on a ticket with lots of comments, I always need to scroll back to the top of the page to get to the menu.
I know I could open every single request in a new tab or click previous in the browser, but I would much rather have a persistent menu at the top.

Anyone know of a (simple) way to achieve this?
