Jira Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am reaching out for assistance with an issue I am experiencing on my Jira account. My Jira Premium trial has ended, and I have been notified that my account will be downgraded to the Free plan in 4 days. However, I am encountering a persistent pop-up window that prompts me to add payment details to stay on Premium. This pop-up is not closing, which is preventing me from accessing my account and transitioning to the Free plan.
Here are the details of the issue:
I would appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter so that I can access my account without further disruption. If any additional information is required, please let me know.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Apeksha
Welcome @apeksha chawan , a little heads up: do not share too much of personal information since this is a public site. Back to the issue you are having - when you click on change plan can you select Free? Have you refreshed your page and also clear the cache that has atlassian.com content?
Also, try to zoom out your browser a bit and a closing X should appear.

Hello @Nikola Perisic , tried with refreshing and deleting cache, zoom out but no luck.
Click on Change Plan it navigates me to the Billing Console page having only Undo cancellation CTA.
Thanks,
Apeksha.

That is indeed strange, because I had this screen shown to me and I was able to click on the X sign which was on the top right corner. This also happens if you are using a different browser?

Tried in Microsoft edge and even incognito mode, but issue is not resolved.
