Permissions to move items

I am able to move items in the Kanban Board but my users are not. I added all user groups to the permissions section of the project but still users cannot move some of the tasks (not all tasks, only some). Is there a particular place where permissions are set on particular tasks for projects?

Look at the workflow. It has conditions that prevent people from moving through it, and the kanban board respects these.
