Permissions not saving on Issues filter

I've recently created a couple of filters in the Issues section of Jira. However, when I attempt to adjust the permissions to share these filters with others, the changes aren't being saved. Has anyone else experienced this issue or have any suggestions on how to resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
