I've been trying to integrate TESTRAIL and JIRA. I use an account that I know is valid and the credentials are correct. Yet when I try to look at defects with TESTRAIL, I get a HTTP 401 error. I cannot see in the log files on JIRA, where I receive a permissionViolation=true with the login.jsp page. This is really so frustrating...
