What permissiom project admin need to change project lead ?

I believe the Project admin can update this. Obviously the site admin can.

@Jack Brickey  I have a user that cant change project role he is project admin. He click to change it than its an empty field you cant change project lead and you need to restaart the page, and after the restart  it the same old project leaed(i will add screenshoot of this empty field)

Ah...rethinking this. It makes sense that the project admin cannot do this I think since it basically is giving the user admin rights which should remain with site admin.

So maybe project admin can set project lead but cant change it ? Because in atlassian documentetion is mentioned that project admin can add project lead
