Permission to resolve story without ability to resolve other issue types?

We need to allow project role pm to resolve only Story issue types and no other issue type.

We want the PMs to have the ability to reopen issues of All types.

We want the PMs to be able to close resolved issues of all types.

Bascially, no. Permissions are Project based, not issue-type.

However... instead of looking at permissions, look at the workflow. Copy the existing workflow, set up the "workflow scheme" so that the "default workflow" is the current one, but "story" issue types use the new one. Then add "conditions" to the new one - specifically "user must be a PM". Job done.
