Permission scheme and Administer project grant

Hello,

if I assign someone the Administer Projects grant in a Permission Scheme, will that include all other grants in that scheme (eg manage sprints, assign issues etc) ? Or shall I have to explicitly assign them too ?

Hi @Pierangelo Repetti,

No, it does not. If you assign a permission through a permission scheme, you only assign what is meant by that permission.

e.g. Administer Project does not even grant the permission to view the issues in the project (that's what Browse Project does), or the ability to edit or assign issues. 

You'll need to assign the additional required permissions as well!
