Permission for issue type in Jira

There are 4 issue type in Jira project.

Currently, all 4 issue type are available to all project team members(Deafult)

I want one issues type only to be able for Project admin, how to chnage permission for same

You don't.

Jira does not have issue level permissions (yet), only project level.
