I wiled like to create a group of user to VIEW only ,what configuration need to be create in the Permission Schemes that user can VIEW only issues ?

@Meir Greenfeld ,

You need to associate that group to the Browse Project Permission

Also Make Sure that Group or the any user from that group is not associated with other permission like Create Issue, Edit Issue, Transition Issue, Move Issue and So on.

Agree with first two answers.  Just make sure that the Create, Edit, etc, do not have Any logged in User on the right side, otherwise, the permission will not have the same effect.

Hi @Meir Greenfeld 

The Browse Projects permission grants view access to the tickets within a project. As long as that group is added to the permission scheme for that permission or a project role with only that permission.
