I am new to JIRA. So sorry, if the question asked is bothering.
My question: Some clients intended to work in our fresh installed Jira System receive a 403 error page w/o even have had the chance to login. Other can login w/o problems.
We set up a JIRA instance and experienced a ackward failure the first day. Maybe due to Hosting company, maybe because of trying to use the JIRA App for iOs. Can't tell.
Since 4 days now some clients do show the mentioned 403 page.
On one of those Clients (Win10) diverse Caches have been deleted/reseted.
It is also not due to internet provider. This phenomena shows up on mobile providers as well as on landline dsl. Also the server (CentOs7) has been restarted serveral times now.
Somebody any idea?
