Performance issue

On our jira board the "Hide completed issues older than a week" functionality is not working. It is trying to pull all the 13000+ issues which is causing a performance issue. Pls advise

Basically, if you are seeing Hide Option issue it's Kaban and by default, it should not show the Resolved issues

Is your project's issues resolution is set?

Have you done any changes to the Kanban board and specifically to the sub-filter?

Let me know the inputs

You need to make the issues resolved and maybe add the sub-filter

fixVersion in unreleasedVersions() OR fixVersion is EMPTY
