Pending Verification column in Rapid View

The company I work for is upgrading to 4.4. soon, and so I have been looking around at the Rapid View in a test environment. The columns that are available for both Kanban and SCRUM teams appear to be To Do, In Progress, and Done. Will it be possible to add a Pending Verification column to the Rapid View? Our QA department uses this in the Task Board to queue their work.
