Altough, I have already added my payment info more than a month ago, I still have recieved the message below.
Does it mean, my Jira account will revert back to Free plan?

I recommend that you open a support case directly with Atlassian about this by selecting the Billing, Payments, and Pricing option at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
