Past team members showing up on reports

Hello - Some of our past team members (who are no longer an active user within our JIRA instance), are showing up on the weekdone reports, which makes me think the indexing is out of date? Would appreciate help in resolving this, to enable accurate reporting.

Could you explain what your "weekdone reports" are?

Also, have you removed the team members from project roles and any groups the project might use?
