Password reset page take me to Login page not to Password reset page.

Hello,

I have forgot the password for Jira login,but when i try to reset the password using forgot password option , i get the password reset email along with the link.

But when i open the link it again take me to login page not to password reset page.

it is like going round and round.

please assist with you feedback ,how to resolve this issue.

Hi @Prabhat Kumar Sharma , welcome to the community.

Instead of clicking on the link in the email, Could you try to copy the link in your email and paste it into a different browser?
