When a user receives a 'password reset' email, the password reset button is not visible, as the font color appears white and blends into the background of our email client (Lotus Notes).
Any help in this regard would be appreciated!

We may be looking at something similar to the issue documented for confluence here: CONFSERVER-32414.
I think they might be working on custom email templates for Jira Cloud soon (CLOUD-1791), which might help us out.
