Password reset after ECODY-IMS login failure, but still unable to sign in

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I clicked the link , but on the login screen, the system keeps saying that the password is incorrect even though I reset it and entered the new password. I cannot log in.
My ID is emil ID.
Please advise on how to resolve this issue.

Hey @이응부_에스엘 ,

To troubleshoot this, we would probably need more information. However, I would recommend reaching out to your Jira admin (in DC) or Organization admin (in cloud) > depending on which environment you're using, as they can probably help out with this. 👀

If you're an admin, can you share which screen/error you're seeing?
*just note that this is a public forum, so keep that in mind when sharing information

Some general troubleshooting steps would be:

  • Try logging in using an incognito/private browser window
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies

But, again, we would need more info about the current configuration.

Also, you can try reaching out to Atlassian Support (there's "Account Login and Email Issues" option) and their team can probably assist in troubleshooting this as well.
