Password not recognized after access

Hello,

an user of my organizzation, after login and logout cannot access a jira.

Jira login provid " wrong password" message after trying his authentication with company email

I as administrator tried to force the password reset, but we don't solve the issue.

Do you have any idea in order to understand the issue?
