Hi Team,
Am using Jira Service Desk Cloud. My users are unable to recover the password. They are not receiving password recovery mail, however they are able to receive Jira trigger (on ticket creation) mail from following mail address jira@mail-us.atlassian.net.
Even as an administrator when I try to reset the password for the user, they are not receiving the password recovery e-mail. The same issue is with when I add the new user, they are not getting the invite email,
Can anyone help me with understanding what might have gone wrong? and How to fix it?

Might be that email address was in Atlassian bounce list, this happens to your mail service doesn't lowers Atlassian's mails reputation, which could degrade the quality of service of JIRA Cloud.
So please check with the Atlassian.
