Are you working with a Standard Jira Cloud subscription or a Premium Jira Cloud subscription? What I'm trying to determine is if you are using the Basic Roadmaps functionality available in the Standard subscription or the Advanced Roadmaps functionality available in the Premium subscription.
Regarding the filter, can you navigate to Board Settings > General for your board and show us what appears for the Projects In Board, Filter, and Sub-filter attributes?
In Basic Roadmaps, the roadmap is associated with a board, and the issues included in the roadmap are based on the same filter used for the board.

Yes I have the same error. So I guess the only option is to make a quick filter :( but I wanna work by deafult (without have to select the filter), there is no option?

In the linked post I made two suggestions:
1. You could add a Quick Filter that you could activate to hide the Epics.
Or,
2. You can turn on the Backlog screen and the Epics panel (on the Columns page in Board Settings) and then the Epics will display only on a side panel in the Kanban Backlog screen
