In the following scenario:

1. I buy a mulituser plan

2. I have some users with "Viewer" role, under Project settings > Access

3. After some time I stop the subscription.

what happens to the users with "viewer" only, what is their role after I stop the subscription?

Hi @martinandersen3d,

I am assuming your enquiry is about what happens to permissions when you switch from a standard or premium plan back to free?

The below extract is from this support article and probably explains the impact:

Changing from Standard or Premium to Free

If you change from a paid plan to Jira Software Free or Jira Work Management Free, project permissions, roles, and issue security schemes are locked in their current state and you'll need to upgrade to a Standard or Premium plan to change them. If you had previously allowed anonymous access to projects, that anonymous access will be removed when you change to a Free plan. Jira won't change any other permissions, roles, or security schemes, as this could reveal project information that shouldn't be shared with certain users.

 Hope this helps!
