Page keeps refreshing when i try to login to Jira Cloud

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
So as i was opening up my Jira instance, it directed me to this homepage. When i try to click the login button on the bottom left it keeps refreshing the page rather than taking me to the login prompt. I can't login to my instance at all. Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it?
