I am looking to update the PGM Rank field based on a Stack Rank list order and have it auto update based on changes to the order on the list provided. Right now, I do this manually and take me about 30 minutes every time. Is there any way to automate this?

I'm not aware of your specific fields as they don't seem to be standard. You should be able to get this to work with work item updated trigger and and probably a short if/else statement and corresponding edit work item actions.
If you need more detailed instrcutions it would be great to have some more information regarding your fields and the exact process.
