PDF Pereview blanked for PDF 1.3

Hello,

wir are using Jira V8.13.5. we have a problem with some pdf data Pereviewe, some PDF File wenn we click on them showing blank page but if we download them they they are displayed correctly. i checked it on both last version of Firefox and Chrome but no luck in Jira Log there is any Error or log for that. do you have a idee what caused that problem? thanks

Encountering same issue with pdf preview with Jira server 8.14.1, PDF version: 1.4.
Issue has been reported by other users as well see: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-72705

I have the same problem.

Sometimes only the first page is not displayed.

(Jira Server v8.18.1)
