Overwrite Test Environment with Prod

What is the best way to overwrite our Test jira environment with our Prod instance and configurations and database?

You can overwrite using restore with a PROD Backup. Then copy plugins folder and attachments folder from PROD to Test.

You also need to disable incomming mail configuration as well as outgoing mails.
