Hi Team,
I am trying to created a Xray Dashboard that contains the Overall Test Results for a specific Test Plan (I added as a filter)
However, we creating this , the dashboard contains the "N/A" test cases . Do we have a way to remove the "N/A" test cases?
Thank you,
Inês
Hi, I had the same issue and worked around it by setting the tests to a specific status, which was 'Deprecated' in my case. Then created a filter to exclude tests with that status. This may not work for all, but did the job for my case.
I'm experiencing the same issue. Did anyone found a solution ?

For now as per documentation, we can exclude that N/A data by clicking Legend but every refresh will again bring N/A data in chart :-)

any clue will be really appreciated on this thread as workaround.
Looking for experts comments :-)
With JQL functions, we can remove that NA by giving Saved Filter query which will retrun test cases belong to specific Test Plan but in Jira Cloud that JQL support has been no more so it is giving a feeling gadget is not working as expected.
Any one from Jira guys can explain why N/A cases are coming in gadget where as Test plan we are already provided as input to filter.

Hello,
I have the same issue - this gadget is not filtering out tests based on the test plan.
Is there a way to fix it?
Thank you!
