Hi. I'm sure this has been asked before, but with the default "email from" header, which includes the user's name who triggered the event, all notification e-mails come in with the same instance e-mail address, and are cached in Outlook as contacts. Later, when sending an e-mail to a user, one has to pay particular attention to the cached entry, which does include "(Jira)", and ignore or delete those. But, humans being humans, they often choose the wrong cached address, and the e-mail goes into the Atlassian...bit bucket.
Is there a solution other than changing the "email from" setting to be something generic (e.g. "My Company Jira") so that the wrong address isn't cached? I do wish Outlook wasn't so dumb as to cache all of these bogus contacts, but it is.
Thanks...
