Our site name is already in use

Our company name is benova and we want our sitename to benova.atlassian.net but benova is already in use, I think it was us in the past but we abandoned the platform and now want to have it again, can you please guide us.

This should be help you validate before creating a new site and for the org you can refer nikola comments

Go to admin.atlassian.com and check if there is an organization with this name already. If it doesn't but it's not allowing you it means that someone else is using it.
