Our @person in notes and adding people to a project functionality has stopped working?

@person in notes and adding people to a project functionality has stopped working this week for all user we experienced issues when creating new users but now the functionality has stopped working for all users, is this a bug or does anyone have any tips on where to check in settings/permissions?

For the @ mention permissions, this page is a good starting point to resolving the issues.

In regards to adding users to a project - do you mean assigning users/roles? This is a Project Admin permission so you'll need to ensure a group or project role has this permission in your permission scheme - to check this:

1. Go to Jira Settings > Issues > Permission Schemes
2. Select the appropriate permission scheme
3. Ensure the appropriate groups / project roles have the permission "Administer Projects"
