Our mail handlers disappeared

Hello,

I have configured a Mail Handler and it disappeared after some days.

In the attached image Original Mail Handler.gif you can see the last time I configured our mail handler. It was in Feb. 18.

Today, and for the third time, this mail handler disappeared. You can see how appears today in the attached image: Disappeared Mail Handler.gif

What happen? Why our mail handler is deleted?

I'm tired of config our mail handler again and again.

It seems that I couldn't find the attachment - Disappeared Mail Handler.gif. Could you double check on the attachment?
