with the team we are trying acces to oyr jira pannel but just can´t.
I tried start a ticker but the forms ask me for the url and says its no an avalaible url

What I am trying to determine is if it is just the one board you are having trouble accessing or if your entire Jira instance has become inaccessible.
Also, the tags on your post indicate you are using a Free subscription. Is that accurate? If so, when was the last time any of the users of your Jira instance accessed it? Atlassian has a policy about deactivating Free subscriptions that are left dormant. If you are not able to access even the home page then you may be in that state.
Hi trudy, in fact its a free subscription, but the panel have activity daily so that can´t be a inactivity issue

also, about your two questions:

Can you navigate to https://admin.atlassian.net and select the Organization under which this subscription/site exists? Can you then select Apps > Atlassian Apps and confirm that the Jira app is listed there and does not have a warning symbol next to it? If there is a warning symbol let us know.
