Our company has Jira and Confluence. How can we designate the global system administrator?

Not sure who the system administrator is, but we need to designate one for Jira and Confluence.

Hi @Mauricio Espinoza welcome to the community! If you don't know who the administrator currently is, I would recommend opening a ticket with Jira Support (support.atlassian.com/contact) and once they've validated your account, they can work with you to identify and/or change your Administrator.
