Our Automation Failing Suddenly

Hello,

I set up an automation to create a subtask when a new issue is created. It worked for a couple weeks. But, all of sudden, it started failing from today. When I checked the "Audit log", it says "Monthly rule executions have been exceeded." But, I don't know how to fix this issue. I don't think we need to subscribe or pay additional to use the "Global Automation" feature in Jira, right? Please help!

I'm attaching the Audit log screenshot.

Once you have gone over the monthly allocation of executions your automations will be throttled, and you basically have to wait until next month. Customers on Free and Standard plans have access to a limited monthly trial allotment of global and multi project rule executions (100 and 500 per month, respectively).

Your option would be to go up to Premium, then you get 1000 global and multi-project rule executions per paid user per month.

Note that project specific automations are not limited, so you should make sure that automations that only affects one project should be configured as such.
