Hi, we have built 2 jira issue collectors (collectorId=592abd95 and cf8935b8)
Since few days, the form is blocked with an error : "Summary is mandatory" even if we set a summary.
Everything is working well last week and we have a log "04/05/2026 08:24:47] Une erreur inconnue s'est produite lors de l'appel du collecteur 'Réclamation Qualité' depuis '217.181.206.253' par Anonyme."
Could you help me to solve that problem ?

I’m pleased to share that our Engineering team has been able to expedite and successfully deploy a fix for the bug , which was causing the Work Item Collector to fail with a "You must specify a summary of the issue" error.
We tested internally and the issue is resolved.

Same here. When a summary is provided the collector says it is missing. Also strange is that the Jira server is returning an errorStatus value of "success"

Same issue. Our collector stopped working. Its failing on the Summary field which is required but even with something in the box it gets an error.

The form fails with the error "You must specify a summary of the issue," even though the summary field is populated.

Our collectors (6ddf649b and 0a195acb) also don't work with similar messaging.
