Oups you have made a malformed request

Dear support,

User aissatou.sankhare@scc.fr is getting this error message every time she is trying to connect to Jira.

I have administrator profile (user "xxx" (xxx@scc.fr) / password = xx ) ; please let me know what to do to allow this user to connect again to JIRA ?

We're not support, we're end users like yourself. You might want to raise this with https://support.atlassian.com

I've taken the liberty of removing sensitive info from your question, as I was able to work out your url and you gave me a username and password to work with...

Besides what Nic has already said, please, proceed to change the password, as you have sent it to thousands of people
