I've created multiple plans based on filters i have created but although the plan is visible as a title, none of the epics, issues etc are viewable to other users. I have checked permissions and they're for all users. Anyone encountered similar?

Hi @Lee Shelton and welcome to the Community!

Very likely, the permissions on you filters are not correct. Most commonly, newly created filters are only visible to the user who created them.

So go to manage filters, locate your filters and check the permissions on those. Most likely that will solve the issue.

Hope this helps!

That was exactly what it was Walter. Thank you for your help in solving it so quickly. I'm only two months into working with Jira, so i'm sure i'll have other teething issues.

Really helpful. I was facing the same issue. After changing permissions at filter level, it worked.

Thanks @Walter Buggenhout . Also thanks to @Lee Shelton for this question up.
